Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates through strategic networking and relationship building
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience
- Partner with marketing to create compelling employer branding content that attracts top tech talent
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing specialized IT roles
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to evaluate candidates for complex engineering positions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification a plus
