- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain ATS data integrity and provide weekly recruitment analytics
- Negotiate offers and close candidates with personalized communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Proven success placing cloud/AI/ML engineers at scale
- Expertise in Boolean search and BooleanX sourcing techniques
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles
- Track record of meeting 90%+ placement quotas
