Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status, milestones, and budgetary concerns.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical project management within the software development or IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and available for an immediate start.
