Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing) for medium to large-scale projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing departments.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to executive leadership.
- Ensure all project documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
