Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly add value to the organization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management or program management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in a government contracting or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
