Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent for our staffing clients.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking) to build a robust pipeline of candidates in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and labor market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and relationship building.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a results-driven mindset.
