Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top-tier candidates.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients in California, understanding their hiring needs and building long-term partnerships.
- Market Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, to identify passive candidates and expand our talent pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing constructive feedback to both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and skill fit.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the California job market to advise clients on salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing agency environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple high-priority pipelines and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- California Knowledge: Deep understanding of the California labor laws and local market dynamics.
