Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for specialized industries, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing high-value candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their unique talent needs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on labor markets and competitor activities to identify emerging talent pools and trends.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media networking and Boolean search, to identify passive candidates.
- Placement Optimization: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, executive search, or high-volume recruiting within the New York metropolitan area.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual placement targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
