Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various industries, including healthcare, logistics, and professional services.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates and industry contacts through proactive outreach and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, define job specifications, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill metrics.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions in a high-volume or fast-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
