Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation AI and automation systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research emerging technologies to predict trends up to 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business vision into technical specifications.
- Oversee system migration strategies to ensure zero downtime and maximum security.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Certification in Cloud Architecture or AI Engineering is a plus.
