Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental projects to enterprise level
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Institute)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Spectrum)
