Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic shifts
- Develop scenario models for 2026+ market landscapes and disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors quarterly
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ context
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience working with Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
