Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure cultural and skill fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
- Manage the recruitment process within agreed timelines to ensure business continuity.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Wichita area.
