Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across various industries.
- Utilize social media, Boolean search, and professional networks to source passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key client accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and professional roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
