Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify high-potential talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly placement targets.
- Organize and attend local job fairs and networking events in the Raleigh area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in the Raleigh, NC area.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on urgency and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
