Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and social media platforms to identify passive candidates in the Kansas City market.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and deliver exceptional service.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
