Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking events) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit against client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated on market trends to advise candidates on salary expectations and career paths.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Local to Denver, CO, with a valid driver's license.
