Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job requisition creation to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and performance metrics.
- Assist in negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
