Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Atlanta market
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Georgia labor regulations
- Professional (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred
