Responsibilities
- Source and vet technical candidates for software engineering, product, and data roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 20+ Bay Area tech companies
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain ATS database with 95% data accuracy
- Lead recruitment projects for high-volume hiring initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record placing candidates at companies like Salesforce, Uber, or Airbnb
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Greenhouse)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
