In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify passive talent pools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure quality placements.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with prospective candidates and clients.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our staffing solutions remain competitive and relevant.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and specialized positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations in California.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
