Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolio including tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultative check-ins
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments aligned with client requirements
- Lead onboarding processes ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transitions
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent pipeline recommendations
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance, ATS optimization, and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success placing candidates in Chicago's competitive market
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with high placement rates
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven KPI environment
