Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually with 90%+ retention
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong network of Memphis-based professionals across industries
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to meet KPIs while maintaining ethical recruitment standards
