Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract roles across IT, Healthcare, and Finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins and strategic talent planning
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding with ATS precision
- Lead targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent retention strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable targets of 15-20 placements/month
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with hiring managers to ensure KPI alignment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with deep knowledge of Sacramento's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong network of 500+ active candidates in Sacramento metropolitan area
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
