Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Deep understanding of employment laws and compliance standards in California.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
