Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and create compelling job descriptions.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a high-volume agency environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
