Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from market mapping and candidate sourcing to interviewing and closing high-value placements.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate seamless interview schedules, including virtual and onsite meetings.
- Oversee candidate onboarding and manage relationships to ensure long-term placements.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to optimize client hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within a competitive agency environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Reliable transportation for client and candidate meetings within the Denver metro area.
