Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using our proprietary ATS system
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and client satisfaction targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client meetings
