Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for Mesa-based clients in tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical interviews
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and refine job descriptions
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring success rates
- Maintain ATS compliance and ensure all hiring processes adhere to EEO guidelines
- Lead employer branding initiatives for key Mesa industry partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing candidates in Mesa's tech/healthcare sectors
- Expert knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SPHR or CIPD certification a strong plus
