Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand roles in tech, creative, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 50+ corporate clients in the LA metro area
- Lead talent sourcing initiatives using advanced Boolean techniques and emerging recruitment technologies
- Conduct executive-level candidate interviews and assessments for C-suite and senior leadership positions
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing team performance through data-driven KPI tracking
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all client engagements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with 3+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, creative, or executive roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market data
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with executive stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of LA's competitive talent landscape
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
