Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ client organizations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments using competency frameworks
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows with 95% compliance accuracy
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing technical candidates (IT, engineering, healthcare)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
