Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent high-demand positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for diverse industry sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop strategic partnerships with Tucson-area businesses to understand hiring needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital and traditional channels

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or industrial roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with offer acceptance rates >80%
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Deep understanding of Tucson's talent market and local business landscape
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent placements with exceptional time management
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
