Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including screening, interviews, and placements
- Build and nurture relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Manhattan
- Optimize recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Lead targeted hiring campaigns for hard-to-fill executive positions
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and NYS labor regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with NYC market expertise
- Proven success placing candidates at senior/director level positions
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of NYC talent landscape and competitive compensation
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent recruitment pipelines
