Responsibilities
- Source and place specialized tech talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) across Seattle's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for Fortune 500 startups
- Develop deep expertise in niche tech stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, React, Python)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ tech clients including Amazon, Microsoft, and emerging unicorns
- Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize candidate matching and reduce time-to-hire by 40%
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Seattle's tech market
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Strong network of passive tech candidates in Puget Sound region
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with history of closing senior-level placements
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Valid Washington State staffing license
