Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-volume client accounts
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Conduct 30+ candidate interviews weekly using structured assessment frameworks
- Collaborate with sales team to present candidate solutions and close placements
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in high-volume recruitment/staffing
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in healthcare IT, cybersecurity, or SAP recruitment
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with $1M+ placement volume history
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
