Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent sourcing
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
- Conduct market research to identify industry talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
