Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent placements across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and mid-market firms throughout North Carolina
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates using advanced Boolean searches and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage entire client relationship lifecycle from contract negotiation to onboarding success
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with permanent placements
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in a staffing or corporate environment
- Expert knowledge of North Carolina's talent landscape across major metros
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and CRM expertise
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Valid NC driver's license for frequent client/candidate meetings
