Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Develop deep expertise in Fort Worth's key industries including healthcare, logistics, and tech
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients across DFW
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to optimize candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expert knowledge of Fort Worth's talent market and industry sectors
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
