Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Detroit's key industries
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and niche platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments using competency-based frameworks
- Manage recruitment pipeline metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or professional recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Detroit's tech/manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of Michigan labor market and industry trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
