Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job postings and employer partnership development
- Support team recruitment metrics and reporting initiatives
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance recruiting skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students welcome)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
