- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand IT and healthcare roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean operators
- Manage client relationships and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for maximum impact
- Maintain 95% fill rate for critical technical positions
- Train junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical or healthcare recruiting experience
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- Proven track record of placing specialized talent in Austin market
- SHRM-SPC or CERP certification preferred
- Strong data literacy with recruitment metrics analysis
- Texas staffing agency license (current)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
