Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative partnership
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Maintain accurate reporting in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's talent landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
