- Leverage AI-powered ATS to optimize candidate matching and reduce time-to-hire
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency growth initiatives
- Drive revenue through strategic contract negotiations and pipeline management
- Attend industry events in Miami to expand professional network
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Strong understanding of Miami's competitive talent landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 50+ placements/year
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Spanish fluency highly valued for diverse Miami market
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
