Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and place specialized talent across Georgia's key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to candidate onboarding
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at top Atlanta employers
- Leverage AI-powered tools to identify passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals in Georgia
