Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors using innovative platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer for 15-20 concurrent roles
- Develop deep client relationships through consultative partnership and market insights
- Optimize recruitment processes using our proprietary ATS and data analytics tools
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with Austin market exposure
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually with 85%+ retention
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite client experience
- ATS certification (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
