Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for permanent and contract positions in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates across Washington's competitive market
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 50+ enterprise clients including Microsoft, Amazon, and Providence Health
- Conduct behavioral interviews using our proprietary STAR framework to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop innovative talent pipelines through targeted networking events and industry conference partnerships
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced negotiation tactics and candidate experience best practices
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or healthcare recruiting experience with proven placement success in Washington's market
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to close 15+ placements monthly with 90%+ client satisfaction ratings
- Exceptional proficiency in candidate assessment methodologies and competency-based interviewing
- Strong understanding of Washington's labor laws and compliance requirements
- Portfolio showcasing successful placements in at least 3 Fortune 500 companies
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
