Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical and creative roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for hiring partners
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing candidates in technical roles (software development, data science, cybersecurity)
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of San Diego's tech talent landscape and competitive dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
