Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for permanent, contract, and temporary positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Forge strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven success in placing candidates across IT, Finance, Healthcare, and Engineering sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring trends and market data
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
