Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through advanced recruiting strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-value roles simultaneously across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments aligned with client-specific requirements
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and retention rates
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job campaigns and employer branding
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or financial roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania's labor market and industry regulations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting
