Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ client companies to understand talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and networking events
- Manage applicant tracking system pipeline with 95% accuracy and timely candidate updates
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise clients on competitive talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Drive diversity initiatives in candidate pools through targeted outreach programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record of placing 100+ candidates annually across technical, healthcare, and finance roles
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented 90% offer acceptance rate
